Free Beats Usage Policy1) UsageYou are strictly prohibited from using the beat you download (hereinafter referred to as “Beats”) for any profitable, commercial, or financial exploitation.For any commercial use, the appropriate license must be properly purchased or obtained.2) Free UseFree use (without a license) allows you to: Download a copy of the beat Record a new song over the beat Upload the song to YouTube or personal pages in a non‑profit manner Perform the song in completely non‑profit live shows (small events, unpaid performances, non‑commercial festivals) Not allowed under free use: Republishing the song on distribution platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Anghami, etc.)Adding the song to any content protection program through any service provider Earning any direct or indirect income from the song3) Credit RequirementYou must properly credit the producer by writing: “Prod. By San Beatz” on all official posts or video descriptions that include versions of the beat.You are not allowed to remove or cover the audible tag “San Beatz” during the first 30 seconds of the beat.4) IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless San Beatz and all its officers, directors, producers, owners, employees, agents, information providers, affiliates, and licensors from any: Liability Losses Costs Legal expenses (including attorney fees) arising from any claim related to your use of the beat, including but not limited to: Defamation Violation of privacy or publicity rights Copyright infringement Trademark infringement Any claim related to the content, quality, or performance of materials connected to the beatSan Beatz reserves the right to assume full legal defense of any matter, and you agree to cooperate fully.5) Termination San Beatz reserves the right to: Terminate this agreement at any time Revoke your rights to use or distribute the beat for any reason6) Legal ConsequencesAny unauthorized use of the beats, including unauthorized resale or commercial exploitation, is a direct violation of the U.S. Copyright Act of 1976 and infringes the copyrights of San Beatz.San Beatz reserves the right to pursue legal action or financial compensation for any breach of this agreement.7) ModificationsSan Beatz reserves the right to modify this agreement or any related fees at any time.Your continued use of the beats constitutes your binding acceptance of any updates posted on the free download page.سياسة الاستخدام المجاني للألحان – النسخة العربية1) الاستخداملا يُسمح لك باستخدام اللحن الذي تقوم بتنزيله (ويُشار إليه فيما يلي باسم “الألحان / Beats”) لأي غرض ربحي أو تجاري أو استغلال مالي.لأي استخدام تجاري، يجب شراء الترخيص المناسب أو الحصول عليه بشكل قانوني.2) الاستخدام المجانيالاستخدام المجاني (بدون ترخيص) يسمح لك بما يلي فقط: تحميل نسخة من اللحن. تسجيل أغنية جديدة فوق اللحن. نشر الأغنية على يوتيوب أو صفحاتك الشخصية بطريقة غير ربحية. أداء الأغنية في عروض حيّة غير ربحية بالكامل (حفلات صغيرة، فعاليات، مهرجانات غير مدفوعة). غير مسموح في الاستخدام المجاني: إعادة نشر الأغنية عبر منصات التوزيع (Spotify, Apple Music, Anghami…). إضافة الأغنية إلى برامج حماية المحتوى عبر أي مزود خدمة. تحقيق أي دخل مباشر أو غير مباشر من الأغنية.3) نسب الحقوق (Credit)يجب ذكر اسم المنتج بوضوح عبر كتابة: “Prod.
